Warranty Policy
Warranty Policy
Thank you for your purchase of a VEARGO product.
VEARGO has set high standards for customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied or the product turns out to be defective, please review our Limited Warranty (below) and Return and Refund Policy and contact “info@veargo.net” if you feel you may benefit from its terms.
Limited Warranty stated herein applies only to the original purchaser of the product purchased directly from “veargo.net”. Please keep your purchase receipt in a safe place so that you can present it to us if necessary.
Please note:
- Limited Warranty does not apply to products used for commercial purposes.
- Limited Warranty and Return and Refund Policy only apply if the applicable product is located in the United States at the time you wish to return it.
Limited Warranty.
We guarantee our products and offer a one-year limited warranty to prove it.
The warranty terms are as follows:
The VEARGO product you purchased (“Product”) is covered by a one-year(*) Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) from the day when your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided). This Warranty gives you certain legal rights. This Warranty applies only if you are the original purchaser and current owner of the VEARGO Product covered by this Warranty and you purchased the Product directly from “veargo.net”. Therefore, this Warranty is valid only for the period during which the Product is owned and controlled by the original purchaser. Please keep the purchase receipt so that you can present it to us if necessary.
(*) The Warranty period for batteries is limited to one(1) month from the date of delivery.
In addition, the Product must be in the United States at the time you wish to invoke this warranty, as we cannot cover international shipping and logistics costs.
This Warranty is limited to material defects caused by defects in the materials or workmanship of the Product purchased by you. In particular, this Warranty applies if the defects arise or manifest themselves only when you use and maintain the Product only as intended and do not expose the Product to conditions that could cause deterioration or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Defective or faulty components (e.g. hinges, wheels, etc.) will be repaired or replaced. In case of manufacturing defects in parts, we may choose to repair or replace parts instead of replacing the whole product. If we choose to replace the Product or part, we will replace it with the model, version, color or style available at the time of replacement. If you choose to replace the defective Product with a more expensive Product, you may have to pay the price difference between the original Product and the more expensive Product. Repair or replacement does not extend the original term of this Warranty or mark the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
If products need to be replaced due to a manufacturing defect as described above, we will pay shipping costs and ship a replacement after we receive from you the part that needs to be replaced.
This Warranty does not apply:
This Warranty does not apply in case of theft of the shipped package. If you suspect that your package was stolen after delivery, you will need to provide a valid tracking number from the delivery company and a police report. These documents must be submitted to VEARGO and an investigation will be conducted to determine the authenticity of the claim. After further investigation, the return request will be approved.
This warranty does not apply to changes to the Product resulting from normal wear and use.
This Warranty also does not apply to changes to the Product caused by conditions or use outside the normal care and intended use of the Product. For example, VEARGO Electric Assistance Wagon are designed to operate on surfaces that can structurally support the weight of the Product, including its maximum load capacity and stored materials (please check the maximum load capacity of each product).
This Warranty does not cover the Product if the Customer uses the Product in a manner inconsistent with its intended design and use.
This Warranty does not apply to damage to items falling from the unit itself.
VEARGO products are expected to exhibit a degree of individual variability. Defects that do not interfere with the normal use and enjoyment of the Product by a reasonable person are not considered defects. For example, the surface may not be perfectly smooth, corners may not be perfectly shaped or symmetrical. These are not “defects” for which you may claim compensation under this Warranty.
Warranty does not cover:
(a) minor defects and slight cosmetic imperfections;
(b) normal wear and tear;
(c) tears, stains, burns and discoloration over time;
(d) personal or individual preferences in texture, etc.;
(e) personal or individual allergies and sensitivities.
(f) unsanitary conditions;
(g) burns;
(h) physical abuse of the Product;
(i) attempted improper cleaning of the Product;
(j) purchase from a reseller.
Your rights under state law.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages in connection with the sale of consumer products, so the above limitation or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you certain legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
How to claim under this warranty?

Failure to follow shipping instructions may void this Warranty. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to request a photo, detailed information or description, or physical inspection of the product before accepting any claim under this Warranty.
